Our boards, gears and components are warranted to made from the best materials to the highest known standards.
The warranty on any of our product is valid for twelve month from the date of purchase of the product new. No warranty works on second hand products.

We guarantee:

- Any construction default on our boards, gears and components, within the 12 months period warranty since date of purchase of the product, causing either

- Lower performance of the product

- Breakage of the product

- Missing items on delivery of the product

Please report your claim through our warranty management website. That will help in tracking and moving forward any case.

CASE: Warranty claim

In the frame of our warranty terms and conditions, summit claim to us with the following information:

- Copy of the invoice to the customer

- Pic of the entire product in state. (In case of a board we need pic of the entire deck and entire bottom of the board)

- Pic of the serial numbre

- Pics of the damaged or focus of the claim

- Description of the circumstances when damaged was detected

 (Mast or boom warranty replacement is done only on the part broken).

 (Replacement board, same year edition, do not include footstraps, screws and fins)

CASE: Incomplete delivery

BEFORE throwing away carton box and packaging,verify your delivery is complete.

IF NOT COMPLETE REPORT the case to us with:

- Picture of the packing-list on the carton box (in case board)

- Picture of the serial numbre of the box

- Picture of the whole inside packaging and items received

 If will be more difficult, to impossible, to claim an incomplete delivery without those 2 evidences.
